Yoga, Gong Baths & OBE Fun in Normandy
What a fab retreat in Normandy! I absolutely loved teaching all these beautiful people. There is something so special about bringing together a group of like-minded individuals. A collective energy starts to form and this one in particular was beautiful - light, open and joyous. Here we are braving the cold just so we could move our class outside and really connect to our stunning surroundings. Thank you to each and every one of you for sharing your light during this week... and thank you for being so open-minded and trying out my more unconventional yoga classes (like blind-folded yoga!). It was probably one of my favourite classes to teach and one that I will definitely be teaching again in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you :-)
