VIDEO: Prepare your body for travel


This is the first of a three part 'Yoga on the Road series'... it features a guest appearance, photobomb and blooper from a very persistent yogini...!

This sequence is designed to do before taking a trip that involves sitting for an extended period of time. I take you through a sequence to release tension in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and neck - all places we tend to store tension when sitting. It takes just 15 minutes, and your body will thank you for it when you find yourself sitting on a plane or car for hours!
