Blue Moon Magic
Happy Blue Moon, everyone! I hope you got to see the incredible full moon on Friday night and bask in its beautiful energy. I was so happy we had a clear sky here in Jersey and I was able to drink it all in, sitting on the beach :-)
For those of you who couldn't make it Full Moon Yoga and Meditation class, here is short video of one style of moon salutations. They are much more fluid and softer than sun salutations and cultivate a feeling of expansiveness. Try them out and let me know what you think! I also shared my full moon manifestation ritual in class - I did a quite a similar ritual to manifest my husband Roy more than ten years ago.
