10 Minute Guided Meditation to Cleanse and Recharge
Happy Friday! I've just posted a 10-minute guided meditation for you. This is one of absolute favourite meditations to do anytime I feel a bit stressed, anxious or just a bit blah.
This always leaves me feeling completely recharged and cleansed from the inside out! Once you learn the technique, you can do this in just a minutes to feel instantly better.
Best of all, you can do this anywhere, either sitting or standing (try it in the shower too!). So if you ever see me on a crowded tube looking serene, chances are, I'm doing this meditation :-)
