Full Moon Yoga Class

I have always had a 'thing' for the full moon. I find the energy of the moon mesmerising and have been practicing a full moon ritual the last few years. It's something that just grew organically and I recently added some moon salutations to the mix.

I am taking things a step further now... in July, I am going to start teaching a 'lunar yoga' class every full moon at the Yoga Box studio in Jersey (Channel Islands)! I am incredibly excited to lead this class - it's something I have been wanting to do for a while.

I will still be in Guernsey for the 2nd June full moon. So who is up for a bit of full moon fun before I head off to Jersey? The class would include some moon salutations and a guided meditation - if there is enough interest, the class will be held on the green by Cobo Beach kiosk (fingers crossed for the weather!).
