10 Minute Energising Flow

Happy Friday!!! It's been a while since I posted a flow video, so when I went to the beautiful island of Herm a couple of days ago, I brought my video camera with me. I didn't have anything in mind to film, but just threw my camera in my bag!

Walking along Shell Beach, I came across this gorgeous little spot. I was mesmerised by the incredible colours of the water. I never imagined I would find these beautiful shades of blue and turquoise in the English Channel (Thailand, yes, Malaysia, yes, the Bahamas, yes, but not the English Channel!!). Amazing isn't it?!

I set my camera up, tuned in to this beautiful space and then just flowed through this little sequence. It gave me such a shot of energy that I decided it had to be called my energising flow!
