2016 - New Classes at Ayush Spa!

Yah! I'm so excited to announce that I've found a BEAUTIFUL new space for our Friday night class... Our Vinyasa Bliss class will resume on 8th January 2016 at.... the Ayush Spa at Hotel de France! It's a very serene space with huge windows and lots of natural light. In the spring, we'll be treated to beautiful sunsets from the balcony :-)

I've scheduled the class slightly later (6.15 - 7.30pm) and there is plenty of parking at the hotel.

Spaces are strictly limited and class sizes will be much smaller. To continue developing as a group, I've also decided to offer the class as a 10-week term. We'll be building on what we've learned the previous weeks, so week-by-week you should see (and most importantly feel) changes and shifts in your practice.

The full term - from 8th January to 11th March - costs £95. I'll only be able to accept drop-ins if there is enough room (at a cost of £11 per class).

I'm so looking forward to resuming our Friday night class - I've really missed all of you!
