Christmas Full Moon Flow

Happy Christmas, everyone! I hope you've all had a lovely day so far :-) The last full moon of the year is TODAY! It's the first full moon on Christmas day in nearly four decades. I guess we could say it's a 'cosmic gift' from the unverse :-)

In celebration, I've created a full-body moon flow for you... a little Christmas gift from me to you... It will open up your whole body and create a little bit more space if you've had a tad too much to eat for Christmas lunch!
