Twisty, Feel-Good Flow
Hello yogis! I have a short and sweet flow for you this week - get ready to move on all four corners of your mat as you twist all the good stuff out and make room for the new :-)
I shot this video in the beautiful Wellness Centre in Castle Quay, Jersey. You should definitely check it out if you don't know it yet. They have the only floatation tank in the Channel Islands. I have a super busy couple of weeks ahead of me so will book myself in for a float in at the end of it as a special treat. I'll let you know how it goes!
